Take I-40 East to Hwy 89 (towards Prescott - South) to Willow Creek Rd. There is an airport and golf course on your left. Turn right onto Willow Creek Rd. Go to Black Dr. and turn right (signal and Christian church). Black Dr. Becomes Gail Gardner Way at Ponderosa Plaza. Go through signal . Take Gail Gardner to Gurley St. and turn right. You will pass the DES building on the left side of the road. Gurley makes a sharp curve at the DES building and becomes Thumb Butte Road. Stay on Thumb Butte Road until you come to Thumb Butte Park. Here you take the dirt road (left). Travel on this road for 1.5 (approx.) miles to a fork with a sign "Dearing Park" take the right fork another 1.5 miles (approx.) to a split in the road. Stay to the right (You will come to paved road again about 1/2 mile from camp). Go left on Margaret Road to the camp.
