If you've registered your child for a summer camp you will need to print these documents, complete them and either mail them to us prior to your child's arrival to camp or bring them with you.
For all of our Explorer, Pioneer, Junior High and Junior Staff campers: Camper Packet - click the link to open the pdf documents, or right click and save it to your computer. You also need the Permission to Swim Form - click the link to open the pdf document or right click and save it to your computer.
For all of our Mini campers: Camper Packet Mini - click the link to open the pdf documents, or right click and save it to your computer.
